Returns and Refund Policy

Please contact us at creativejewelleryau@gmail.com if you are not satisfied with your purchase so we can work to resolve the issue. Please note, we are not required to provide a replacement or refund if you simply change your mind. However, we will exchange an item if it is significantly different from the sample or description.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

This returns policy does not apply to goods that have been damaged after delivery, altered in any way, dropped, or broken.

To start a return, please email us at creativejewelleryau@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using Registered Post and pre-paying all postage fees. You assume any risk of lost, stolen, or damaged goods during transit; therefore, we advise that you obtain shipment registration and insurance through your postal carrier. We will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if insurance is not taken.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (e.g. special orders or personalised items). Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the repair, exchange, or refund has been approved. If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

In the case of a repair, we will provide further instructions.
